I want to quit smoking!!!!!!!!!?
I have been smoking for 14 years and I am sick of it. I have a family now and I want to live a long life so my childrens children have grandparents. I have tryed everything to stop smoking, someone please help me! What have you done to quit???

I was a 2 pack a day smoker from the time I was 12 and my doctor told me that if I didnt stop that it was going to be bad because of my family history. I was on it for 3 weeks and it really curbed my cravings. The bottom line is it is just going to take time once you get off ciggies. The craving probably will never go away but I am telling you this patch sure did help. Hope that this is helpful and good luck.
