Upper Chest Discomfort?
I think I have pulled a chest muscle as well. However, I am not pregnant. It hurts when I move from side to side as I'm lying down. My discomfort has been going on for several months. I don't have insurance, so I can't afford to go to the Dr.

I'm with the other Answer about going to the ER. They have programs where you get to pay according to how much you make. If you cannot afford insurance you can get free medical care thru MedicAid, or MediCal if you are in California. You should see a doctor right away and worry about the bills later!!
