White spots on tounge and tonsills?
i have whote spots on the back of my tounge and on my tonsills but i dont have a sore throat it just feels numb i feel like i have a cold just ache all over and really sleepy i have no energy i have no idea what this could be any ideas

Sounds very much like Infectious Mononucleosis, which by the way is very contagious. It also could be strep throat which does not always cause a sore throat. You should have a strep test and throat culture done. Many people are not aware that Strep is actually a very serious infection if not treated. If you have Strep throat (which is caused by the bacterial Streptococcus pyogenes) and it is left untreated then it can cause Scarlet fever, Rheumatic fever, Impetigo, and
Glomerular Nephritis (kidney problems). All those complications are very serious but can be avoided with antibiotics. So please go get checked out.
