what is the best way to lose extra belly fat???
Ive gained about 15 pounds from mostly snacking and sitting all day. Im stopping the snacking and going to stay a little more active but is there any other ways to help??
maybe a stomach exercise? Ive just gotten "chubby".....extra fat in the stomach. It's almost bathing suit season again....it's gotta go!!!!!

Total body exercise would be good. I would recommend some cardio work out about 30 minutes a day alternating with resistance training. Try mixing up your cardio and resistance routine so you won't get bored. Actually I recommend swimming as the most effective workout as it is essentially a cardio and resistance training in one. But if you want me to recommend a stomach workout here's some good ones:
- Lying leg raise : lie flat on your back with your hands cushioning your buttocks. Your legs raise on a 90 degree angle. Slowly crunch yor legs towards your chest and go back to starting position. That's one rep. Do three sets on 10-15 reps a day
- Lunge: Stand straight with your legs slightly apart. Lunge forward with your front thigh is parallel to the floor. Go back to starting position, repeat on other leg. Do three sets of 15-20 reps on each leg.
- plank: Get on a push up position (with toes not kness please), but with your forearm to your elbow flat on the floor. Balance yourself 30 to 40 secs. Thats a set. Do 3 sets.
