Weight Loss?
How much weight can u loose without eating for 4 days? And when you start eating regulary will it really come all back? EVEN if you do lots of weight traning and cardio(I run track)? Cause, the muscule u build from weight training and the cardio should keep my weight the same after I loose it from not eating. And PLZ don't tell me I need to eat! I'm trying our for my cheerleading team in 2 weeks, and I don't want to have skin spilling over my shorts or w/e. I'm a healthy weight, but I would LOVE to be thinner. So please help me. >

How can I loose water weight if I drink like 8 bottles of water each day?

depending on what you do (how much activity you do) would affect your weight loss. you might actually lose about 10 pounds, but most of it would be water -- probably 3 lbs of fat. (1 pound of fat = 3500 calories). however, if you begin eating normally again, you would gain the water weight back pretty quickly even with working out; but if you committed to a healthy diet with the exercise, you'd probably be able to keep most of the fat weight off...
since you do have 2 weeks, maybe you could try a longer diet -- like eating just fruits and vegetables -- you would probably lose a little more weight over 2 wks and also be able to keep it off longer, and it might be easier than not eating at all
