Can an infected tooth cause pain in other places then your mouth?

My molar on the upper left(mine) in the far back has an aching pain that gets worse if i bite down on something and is cold/heat sensitive.
My upper and lower jaw/gums/teeth stared to hurt about the same time.
Now for the other stuff that started at the same time.
My inner ear hurts to the point I really want to pass out or just die. my neck is extreamly soar. And the muscle point where your neck and shoulder meet is in a large hard knot.

The doctor told me it was a muscle spasm and gave me muscle relaxors. They help with the knot but nothing else.

Could all this be connected, or am I just really unlucky?

Any possible theories would be great and soon please!

And I totaly forgot to say that my DNA was missing the blue prints for wisdom teeth, so I don't have any!

These are very classic symptoms of an infected tooth, which usually ends up in a root canal. There is something called pain referral that can send pain from one area to another that doesn't even have any problems. Most nerves around your mouth, ears, and neck are connected to each other. Please see a dentist as soon as possible and make sure he takes an x-ray. The longer you wait, the worse it will get.
