Advice please?


I have been under some stress and depression. I am not on any anti-depressants because my body cant seem to handle them. I am 5'3" and weigh 105 lbs. ANyhow I have been dealing with this for about 7 months. There are times that I feel my heart racing and I dont know how to contol it. I try to take deep breaths to help myself. But, it happens as soon as I wake up in the morning. Its like my body doesn't even gove me time to think. My heart starts to race and then I start thinking about all of the things that I am stressed about. Is this anxiety, panic attacks?? What should I do??

I had depression and anxiety so bad that I could not ctross the strieet. Really limited my life. But then I found a miracle cure, apple cider vinegar. I take 2 tbls. in water 4 times a day. It gives me an energized lift that lasts for hours. I feel so happy and all the dpression and sadness is gone. It is safe because it is natural. Hair and nails grow too. Aids digestion. Cures insomnia and acne. Really really works!
